Hapoel Be’er Sheva will be without Djibril Thialaw Diop and Eliel Peretz, who must serve European suspensions carried over from the Champions League qualifying defeat against Sabah. Dan Biton, who scored 15 league goals last season, remains unavailable due to an ongoing heart-related condition.
Itay Rotman and Lucas Ventura are also carrying knee and hamstring injuries respectively, while Igor Zlatanović is doubtful with a groin problem. Peruvian striker Adrián Ugarriza is therefore expected to lead the attack, supported by Javon East and Said Abu Rumi.
Dinamo Zagreb have received a significant late setback, with leading scorer Dion Beljo ruled out because of a viral illness. Beljo has registered seven goals and three assists in five league appearances this season, and coach Mario Kovačević confirmed that Smail Prevljak is the leading candidate to replace him.
