Team news
Olympiacos will be without leading striker Ayoub El Kaabi, who is not registered in the club’s Europa League squad after suffering a fractured cheekbone. Winger Joel Roca is also absent from the UEFA list while recovering from a shoulder injury, and Gustavo Sá is unavailable. Kostas Fortounis is registered but suspended for the opening match.
There are also fitness doubts concerning Chiquinho and Lorenzo Pirola, although both remain candidates to start. With El Kaabi unavailable, former Nottingham Forest forward Jota Silva could operate as the central striker, while Stefan Ortega is expected to start in goal.
Jagiellonia’s only confirmed injury absence is Ousmane Sow, who is recovering from a muscular problem. The Polish side otherwise have a strong squad available, although Siemieniec could make changes following the defeat at Wisła Kraków. Nik Prelec is expected to lead the attack, supported by Kajetan Szmyt, Jesús Imaz and Jeremy Agbonifo.
