Egnatia
Egnatia must make at least one defensive change because Edison Ndreca is suspended after receiving two yellow cards during the second leg against Shamrock Rovers. Numan Ajetovikj is expected to replace him on the left side of the defence.
Spanish defender Guillem Jaime is also doubtful after sustaining an injury in the previous European match. If he is not cleared, Egnatia are likely to retain a four-man defence featuring Abdurraman Smajli, Eneo Bitri, Renato Sota and Ajetovikj.
Alessandro Albanese, who has scored three times in five European appearances this season, should continue in midfield. Daniel Adjessa and Ildi Gruda are expected to lead the attack after helping inspire the comeback against Shamrock Rovers.
Lillestrøm
Lillestrøm are expected to be without defender Espen Garnås and winger Camil Jebara. Midfielder Eric Kitolano recently returned from a broken leg but is not yet considered ready to start and will probably be used from the bench.
