Benfica
Benfica reported no new injuries following Monday’s emphatic win over Casa Pia. Captain Fredrik Aursnes, however, remains doubtful with the injury that has kept him out since the start of the campaign.
Vangelis Pavlidis and Rafa Silva were both withdrawn around the hour mark against Casa Pia, apparently to manage their workloads ahead of this match. Pavlidis should lead the attack after his hat-trick, while Rafa has scored in five of his past seven starts.
Gianluca Prestianni, who has three goals in his last four appearances, is expected to retain his position on the left. Georgiy Sudakov should operate centrally behind Pavlidis, with Leandro Barreiro and Enzo Barrenechea anchoring midfield.
AGF Aarhus
AGF are expected to be without central defender Frederik Tingager, who suffered a foot injury during the club’s earlier European campaign.
Midfielders Kevin Yakob and Nicolai Poulsen also remain unavailable. Yakob continues his rehabilitation from a serious knee injury, while Poulsen is recovering from an Achilles tendon problem.
