The NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Championships Sub-committee has officially announced the team and individual qualifiers for the 2025 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.

Teams and individuals earned their places through performances at their respective NCAA regional championship meets. A total of 32 teams were selected for both the men’s and women’s championships. The top two seven-member teams from each of the nine regions automatically advanced, accounting for 18 automatic qualifiers, while 14 additional teams received at-large selections.

Additionally, 38 individual runners in each gender division qualified through a combination of automatic and at-large selection processes, with all individual qualifiers having finished within the top 25 of their respective regional competitions.

The University of Missouri, Columbia will host the championships on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Missouri. The women’s race is set to start at 10:20 a.m. Eastern / 9:20 a.m. Central, followed by the men’s race at 11:10 a.m. Eastern / 10:10 a.m. Central.
