World Athletics Releases Record Entry Lists for 2026 U20 Championships in Eugene
World Athletics has released the official entry lists for the 2026 World Athletics U20 Championships, which will be held from August 5–9 at the iconic Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
A record more than 1,800 athletes from 147 Member Federations have been entered for the five-day championships, surpassing the previous record of 1,558 competitors set at the 2024 edition in Lima. As the event celebrates its 40th anniversary, Oregon 2026 is poised to become the largest World Athletics U20 Championships in history.
