Results for the 2023 Gold Coast Marathon, a World Athletics Label Road Race.

The Gold Coast Marathon, a World Athletics Label Road Race, saw Japan's Naoki Koyama and Rodah Jepkorir win the men's and women's titles on Sunday, 2 July.

In a surprise victory, Naoki Koyama won over a strong field to establish a Gold Coast Marathon course record at 2:07:40, surpassing Yuta Shitara's 2:07:50 record in 2019.

Kenya's Ezekiel Omullo finished second with 2:08:26. Liam Adams, who ran the fastest marathon ever run by an Australian on Australian soil at 2:08:39, completed the podium in third place.

A Kenyan one-two finish led by Rodah Tanui and Ruth Chebitok tops the women's 2023 Gold Coast Marathon results. Olympian Genevieve Gregson ran a 2:28:33 to finish as the top Australian on Sunday in her marathon debut.
