The world’s best athletes descend on Switzerland this week for Athletissima Lausanne 2025, the 12th stop on the Wanda Diamond League circuit. Set for Wednesday, August 20 at the historic Stade Olympique de la Pontaise, the meet promises thrilling clashes on the track and in the field, just a week before the series finale in Zürich. The excitement begins a day earlier (Aug. 19) with Lausanne’s signature City Event, a free pole vault showcase on the lakeside at Ouchy, bringing world-class athletics into the heart of the city.
