​The 42nd Vienna City Marathon is scheduled for Sunday, April 6, 2025. This prominent event, offers various race options to accommodate runners of all levels.

LIVE STREAM AND TV COVERAGE:

The Vienna City Marathon will be streamed live worldwide for free on the Streamster.TV platform and the official event website. In Austria, the race will be broadcast live on ORF 1. Live coverage is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM Central European Time (CET).

Race Day Schedule:

• Marathon (42.195 km): The main event starts at 9:00 AM from Wagramer Straße/Reichsbrücke and concludes at Ringstraße/Burgtheater by 3:30 PM.
• Half Marathon (21.0975 km): Begins simultaneously with the full marathon at 9:00 AM from the same starting point.
• Relay Marathon: Teams of four runners complete the full marathon distance, with segment lengths varying from approximately 6.7 km to 15.5 km.
• 5K Run: A shorter race held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 6:15 PM, starting at Schottentor.
• Children's Races: The "Daily Mile 800" (800 meters) for ages 3 to 10 and the "Daily Mile 1,600" (1,600 meters) for ages 6 to 18 are scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM on the Ringstraße near the Burgtheater.
