The 2024 New York City (NYC) Marathon will take place on Sunday, November 3, 2024. The race begins early in the morning, with the first wave of runners starting at 8:00 AM EDT, and continues with staggered starts until around 11:30 AM. The event spans all five boroughs of New York City, starting from Staten Island, crossing the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into Brooklyn, proceeding through Queens and the Bronx, and finishing in Central Park, Manhattan.
