Portland is hosting the 2022 West Coast XC Championships in Fernhill Park Cross Country Course on Friday, October 28. The first race, the women's 6km, is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM PT (GMT -7), followed by the men's 8 km race at 11:00 AM PT.

Three nationally-ranked men’s and women’s programs will vie for the team title, led by BYU, which boasts top-five ranked men's and women's teams.
Last year, the BYU men and women swept the Conference Championships for the fourth consecutive year. The last time a non-BYU WCC team took the men's conference crown was Portland in 2014.
