The 2025 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Cross Country Championships will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina, bringing together the conference’s top men’s and women’s distance programs for the season’s decisive title races.
