World's fastest man Usain Bolt won a 100-meter race on a specially built track at the beach in Rio de Janeiro with a time of 10.06 seconds on Sunday afternoon.
Running in lane four Bolt
cruised to victory on the four-lane track, beating
Mark Lewis-Francis of Great Britain, Jefferson Liberato Lucindo of

After his first 100m race of the year, Bolt admitted that he felt "Slugish" and that ''a poor start '' didn't let him achieve better time.
Bolt said that in the next two races he will improve the start and the time will be faster.
Brazilian Rosangela Santos won the women's race in 11.33 seconds, beating Jamaican Schillonie Calvert and three-time Olympic medalist Carmelita Jeter of the United States, who holds the second-fastest time in history with 10.64. Fellow American Cleo Van Buren finished fourth.
