Lythe Pillay of South Africa could be the next Wayde van Niekerk. The 17-year-old teenager clocked an amazing personal best time in the 400m of 45.74 seconds on Saturday, Feb 21 at a track meet in Pretoria, shaving almost a second from his previous personal best time.
