Injury Updates:

The Pelicans have seen major roster changes and injuries. Starters Herbert Jones (shoulder) and Dejounte Murray (leg) are out for the season​. Veteran guard Bruce Brown was resting in the last game (day-to-day)​, and swingman Brandon Boston Jr. is day-to-day with an ankle issue​. Notably, franchise star Zion Williamson is no longer with the team (he was reportedly moved in a mid-season transaction). 

On the Grizzlies side, reigning DPOY Jaren Jackson Jr. is out with an ankle injury​. Forward Santi Aldama (calf) is also out, while shooter Luke Kennard (back) is day-to-day​. (Memphis got a boost with Ja Morant’s return from suspension, but lost Jackson to injury.)

• Pelicans: CJ McCollum (G), Dyson Daniels (G) – or Bruce Brown if active – Trey Murphy III (F), Kelly Olynyk (F/C), Yves Missi (C). (New Orleans’ lineup is in flux; McCollum and Murphy are the focal points​
• Grizzlies: Ja Morant (PG), Desmond Bane (SG), Ziaire Williams (SF), David Roddy (PF), Xavier Tillman (C). (With J. Jackson Jr. out, Memphis has leaned on its depth – Morant and Bane lead the backcourt​
• , while young players like Roddy and Tillman fill the frontcourt. Rookie big Zach Edey has also seen time at center off the bench.)
