Info - results, entry lists and meet schedule for the 2025 Fighting Illini Challenge:

The 2025 Fighting Illini Challenge, an indoor track and field meet, will be held on Friday, January 24th, 2025, and Saturday, January 25th. The meet includes a wide range of field and running events, as well as combined events (Pentathlon and Heptathlon).

SCHEDULE:

Friday, January 24th

Combined Events - Pentathlon (Women)

11:00 AM:

  • 60m Hurdles
  • High Jump
  • Shot Put
  • Long Jump
  • 800m

Combined Events - Heptathlon (Men)

11:15am

  • 60m
  • Long Jump
  • Shot Put
  • High Jump

Rolling schedule with 30 minutes between each event.

Field Events

  • 1:00 PM: Pole Vault (Women)
  • 2:00 PM: Weight Throw (Women, followed by Men)
  • 3:00 PM: High Jump (Men)
  • 3:00 PM: Long Jump (Men, followed by Women)

Running Events

  • 2:55 PM: National Anthem
  • 1:30 PM: 60m Hurdles Prelims (Men, 2 Sections)
  • 1:50 PM: 60m Prelims (Women, 2 Sections)
  • 2:00 PM: 60m Prelims (Men, 2 Sections)
  • 2:50 PM: 400m (Women, 2 Sections)
  • 3:05 PM: 400m (Men, 2 Sections)
  • 3:35 PM: 1000m (Women, 1 Section)
  • 3:50 PM: 1000m (Men, 1 Section)
  • 4:05 PM: ROTC 4x400 Relay (1 Section)

Saturday, January 25th

Combined Events - Heptathlon (Men)
