The 2024 Nike Cross Regionals (NXR) Heartland is scheduled for Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Yankton Trail Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
This event serves as a qualifier for the Nike Cross Nationals (NXN), bringing together top high school cross-country teams and individuals from the Heartland region, which includes Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Race Schedule:
The event features multiple races throughout the day. The schedule is as follows (all times are in Central Standard Time):
- 8:15 AM: Boys Rising Stars (open to sophomores and younger)
- 8:40 AM – 10:45 AM: Boys Open Invitational Sections 1-6
- 11:10 AM – 12:40 PM: Girls Open Invitational Sections 1-4
- 1:10 PM: All-Comers Community Race
- 1:40 PM: Boys Championship
- 2:10 PM: Girls Championship
