Info - results, entry lists, race day schedule and course map info for the 2024 NCAA Division 1 Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships:

The 2024 NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Cross Country Regional Championships are scheduled for Friday, November 15, 2024, at the Blue and White Golf Courses in State College, Pennsylvania. The women's 6K race will begin at 10:30 a.m. ET, followed by the men's 10K race at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Qualification for the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships:

From each of the nine regional championships, including the Great Lakes Regional, the top two teams automatically qualify for the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, totaling 18 automatic qualifiers. Additionally, 13 at-large teams are selected by the NCAA DI Cross Country Subcommittee, bringing the total to 31 teams. Individually, the first four finishers in each regional who are not part of a qualifying team and who finish in the top 25 of their region automatically advance, resulting in 36 individual qualifiers. Two additional at-large individuals are selected, making a total of 38 individual participants.
