The 2024 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Cross Country Championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 2, at the Delaware State University Outreach & Research Center in Smyrna, Delaware. The men's 8K race will commence at 11:00 a.m., followed by the women's 5K race at 12:00 p.m. An awards ceremony will take place at 1:00 p.m.

The event will be streamed live on ESPN +. The live broadcast is scheduled to start at 10:55 AM ET.
In the 2023 championships, Norfolk State University secured both the men's and women's team titles, marking their second consecutive sweep. The Spartans are expected to be strong contenders in the upcoming event.
