The 2024 Mid-American Conference (MAC) Cross Country Championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 2, at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. The women's 6K race will commence at 11:00 a.m. ET, followed by the men's 8K race at 12:00 p.m. ET. An awards ceremony will take place at 1:00 p.m. ET.

In the 2023 championships, the University of Toledo women's team secured their third consecutive MAC title, while the Miami University men's team clinched their first championship since 1998. Both teams are expected to be strong contenders in the upcoming event.
