The Atlantic Sun Conference has announced that the 2024 Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held on Friday, November 1, at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, Florida.

As in previous years, the Championships will bring together Men’s and Women’s teams from all 12 conference members. The competition kicks off with the Women’s 5K race at 8:00 ET, followed by the Men’s 8K. Eastern Kentucky and Lipscomb are each aiming for their third consecutive titles, with the Bisons having won the last two Women’s Championships, while the Colonels have secured back-to-back victories in the Men’s category.
