The 2023 SWAC Cross Country Championships for both men and women are scheduled to be held at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida on Monday, October 23. The defending champions for both the men's and women's categories are the Jackson State teams. They are also considered the favorites to clinch the titles this year.
The Women's 5k race is set to commence at 10:00 AM US Eastern time, followed by the men's 8km race at 11:00 AM.
