The 16th edition of the event will feature high calibre local and international athletes. The local star Samuel Ceccarelli, who won gold at the European Games in Chorzow will face the 100 Ghana's Benjamin Azamati with a PB of 10”09 and Jamaican Michael Campbell, 10”07.
In the men's shot put Zane Weir and Leonardo Fabbri will attempt to beat the 22 meters in the men's shot put. In the men's 110 hs there is Jamaican star Ronald Levi with PB of 13”05 while the long jump will lead Cuban Lester Alcides Lescay Gay (8.28PB).
The women's 100m will be highlighted by a Jamaican Tina Clayton (10”95), Germany's Lisa Marie Kwanje (11”19) and Australian Anna Basic (11”16). The women's 100 hs top athlete is Jamaican Tori Brown with a PB of 12”61.
