The University of Washington hosts the 2022 West Cross Country Regional.

On Friday, November 11, the 2022 NCAA Cross Country West Regional will take place at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place, Washington.

The women's 6k begins at 10:00 a.m. PT (GMT -8), followed by the men's 10k at 11:00 a.m. PT. The top two teams and the first four finishers in the race not associated with those two teams will advance to the NCAA Championships, held November 19 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
