NCAA DI Mid-Atlantic Regional 2022 cross country championships 2022 results, race day schedule and entry lists.

Penn State University plays the host for the 2022 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Cross Country Regional championships . The event takes place on Friday, November 11 at the the Blue and White Golf Courses.

The event will kick off with the women's 6km race at 12:00 p.m. ET. The men's 10km race will start at 1:00 p.m. ET. The top two teams and the first four finishers in the race not associated with those two teams will advance to the NCAA Championships, held November 19 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
