The event occurs on Sunday, October 12, at 9:15 a.m. Central European time (GMT +2). With nearly 20,000, Linz Marathon is one of Austria's most significant one-day running events. Besides the classic course over 42.195 km, there is a half marathon, a quarter marathon of 10.5 km, a relay marathon, and competitions for hand cyclists and inline skaters.
