The an annual Jamaican high school track and field meet held by Jamaica's Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association  starts on Tuesday, 5 April, and will run through Saturday, 9 April.

The 2022 Boys and Girls Championships will be streamed live on 1spotmedia.com. You can either buy a season pass for all 5 days or a day pass. 

Additionally, there will be a live audio coverage on KLAS Sports radio Kingston.

Event start times by day - time local (GMT -5):

• Tuesday morning session at 9:00am, afternoon 2:00pm
• Wednesday morning session at 9:00am, afternoon 1:00pm
• Thursday morning session at 9:00am, afternoon 2:30pm
• Friday morning session at 9:00am, afternoon 1:00pm
• Saturday afternoon session at 1:00pm
