The 2026 Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race celebrated another memorable Independence Day in Atlanta on Saturday, July 4, as tens of thousands of runners and walkers took part in the world's largest 10K. The iconic event once again drew a capacity field of approximately 60,000 participants, covering the traditional point-to-point course from Lenox Square in Buckhead to Piedmont Park. Organized by the Atlanta Track Club, the race featured elite professional fields alongside recreational runners, continuing a tradition that dates back to 1970.
