The 2026 HOKA Festival of Miles will take place on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the St. Louis University High School (SLUH) James Linhares Track & Field Complex in St. Louis, Missouri. Widely regarded as one of the premier post-season high school distance-running meets in the United States, the event combines elite high school competition with professional mile races and youth events in a unique festival atmosphere.

The event will be streamed live free of charge on RunnerSpace. Live coverage is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Central Time (GMT-5).
High School Championship Races
The meet's centerpiece remains the HOKA High School Championship Mile, featuring the top 15 high school mile entrants in the nation for both boys and girls. Additional Elite Development Mile sections and Missouri Mile races provide opportunities for emerging talent. The meet has become famous for producing some of the fastest post-season high school miles in U.S. history.
Professional Fields
The professional races include the Drury Hotels Women's Mile and St. Louis Track Club Men's Mile, attracting Olympic-level and international athletes. Previous editions have featured athletes such as Emily Sisson, Grant Fisher, Colleen Quigley, Sadie Engelhardt, Gary Martin, Drew Griffith, Connor Burns, and other elite performers.
