The 2026 Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championships will take place from May 11–13 at Vert Stadium on the campus of High Point University in High Point, North Carolina. The three-day conference meet will bring together some of the top athletes from across the Big South Conference as teams battle for men’s and women’s titles.
Eight programs are scheduled to compete at the championships: Charleston Southern Buccaneers, Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs, High Point Panthers, Longwood Lancers, Radford Highlanders, UNC Asheville Bulldogs, USC Upstate Spartans, and Winthrop Eagles.
