The USATF Road Mile Championships. is set for Tuesday, April 21, in downtown Des Moines, bringing together the top U.S. middle-distance runners from across the country. The women’s race is scheduled to start at 7:15 p.m. CT, followed by the men’s race at 7:30 p.m. CT.
