The Florida State Relays return to Tallahassee on March 26–27, 2026, bringing together a large and competitive field for one of the Southeast’s key early-season outdoor track and field meets.

Hosted by Florida State University at Mike Long Track, the meet features a multi-division format, combining NCAA athletes with junior college and high school competitors. This structure creates deep fields across all events, with multiple sections and a fast-paced competition environment.
The two-day program includes a full range of events, from sprints and hurdles to middle-distance races, relays, and field disciplines. Known for its strong sprint and relay performances, the meet often delivers quick early-season times, while distance races tend to be large and tactical, offering valuable racing experience.
