The mass-participation races at the 2026 Stramilano will once again bring tens of thousands of runners to the streets of Milan on Sunday, May 3, offering inclusive 10 km and 5 km events as part of the city’s iconic running festival.
The 10 km race, known as the traditional “Stramilano dei 50,000,” is a non-competitive run open to all participants, starting at 10:00 a.m. from Piazza Duomo, while the 5 km “Stramilanina” follows at 10:30 a.m. from the same central location. Both races wind through the heart of Milan, offering a flat and accessible course designed for runners, walkers, families, and beginners alike.
