The 2026 edition of The TEN returns to San Juan Capistrano, California, on Saturday, March 28, bringing together some of the world’s top distance runners for one of the fastest nights of 10,000m racing on the global calendar.
Held at JSerra Catholic High School and part of the World Athletics Continental Tour Silver series, the meet has built a reputation as the premier venue for chasing personal bests, national records, and qualifying standards over 10,000 meters.
How to Watch - Live Stream
The event will be streamed live on Flotrack, with the live coverage starting at 7:30 PM US Pacific Day time.
The spotlight will once again fall on the elite women’s and men’s 10,000m races, where deep international fields and precision pacing are expected to produce world-class performances. In the women’s race, American star Shelby Houlihan headlines the field with eyes on a sub-30-minute performance, while a strong supporting cast of sub-31 athletes ensures a fast and competitive contest.
The men’s race is equally stacked, led by Japan’s Shoya Kawase and Australia’s Ky Robinson among others, with several athletes capable of dipping under 27 minutes in ideal conditions.
In addition to the headline 10,000m races, the program includes high-quality sections of the 5,000m and 1500m, along with a full slate of seeded distance events. A daytime session featuring high school races further adds to the meet’s unique festival atmosphere.
