The 2026 will take place on May 9–10, 2026, marking the 20th edition of one of Switzerland’s most popular road running events. The race weekend features eight events, including the marathon, half marathon, relay marathon, 10K, 5K, Nordic walking races, and junior races.
The marathon itself is scheduled for Sunday, May 10 at 9:00 a.m. local time (subject to change). The half marathon is set for 7:30 a.m. on the same morning.

The event will be streamed live for free worldwide on YouTube, with the live coverage starting at 6:00 AM Central European Time (GMT +1).
Often described as one of the fastest marathons in Switzerland, the course combines scenic countryside roads, vineyards, and villages with a dramatic city finish in central Geneva. Runners pass along Lake Geneva and finish on the iconic Mont Blanc Bridge facing the famous Jet d'Eau fountain. Organizers say more than half of participants record personal bests each year thanks to the rolling but fast layout.
