The 2026 Conference USA Indoor Track & Field Championships will take place on February 27–28 at the state-of-the-art Liberty Indoor Track Complex in Lynchburg, Virginia. Hosted by Liberty, the two-day meet will bring together the conference’s top programs for one of the most competitive weekends of the indoor season.

The championships will be broadcast live on ESPN +, with the live coverage starting at 10:00 AM US Eastern on Friday and 10:30 AM ET on Saturday.
