The Napoli City Half Marathon returns on Sunday, February 22, 2026, with more than 10,000 runners expected to line up at the iconic Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples. Widely regarded as one of Italy’s fastest half marathons, the 21.097 km race once again promises elite performances and a vibrant international atmosphere. The race is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM CET

The event will be broadcast live globally with live stream beginning at 8:45 AM Central European Time (GMT +1).
In the men’s race, Italian stars Yeman Crippa and Pietro Riva headline the field. Both athletes have previously broken the 60-minute barrier for the half marathon and are expected to battle for top honors on home soil.
The women’s race features a strong international lineup, including Morocco’s Latifa Mokhtari, Czech standout Michaela Čepová, Ukraine’s Iryna Horodyska, and Italy’s Rebecca Volpe. With favorable February temperatures averaging around 13°C and a flat, fast course, quick times are anticipated.
