The 2026 Hawkeye Invitational will open the indoor track and field season in the Midwest with two days of competition in Iowa City, Iowa, on Friday–Saturday, January 9–10, 2026.
The meet will be hosted by University of Iowa and staged primarily at the state-of-the-art Hawkeye Indoor Track Facility, one of the premier indoor venues in the Big Ten Conference. Select throwing events are also expected to take place at the nearby Hawkeye Tennis & Recreation Complex.
