The 2026 Tata Mumbai Marathon will be staged on Sunday, January 18, marking the 21st edition of India’s flagship road race and one of Asia’s premier marathon events. Held in Mumbai, the race is a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race, drawing elite athletes and mass participation runners from across the globe.
The event features a full programme of races, including the marathon (42.195km), half marathon, 10K, and community categories. The marathon starts at 5:00 AM from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, while the half marathon begins at Mahim Causeway. The 10K gets underway at 6:00 AM.

The event will be streamed live on the Procam International YouTube channel, with coverage beginning at 4:30 AM local time. Viewers can also watch the race on FanCode, while television coverage will be available on Sony Sports TEN 1 and Sony Sports TEN 1 HD.
For the first time in its history, the 2026 course incorporates the Mumbai Coastal Road, adding a scenic seaside section to a route that already showcases iconic landmarks such as the Bandra Worli Sea Link. With expected participation approaching 70,000 runners, the Tata Mumbai Marathon continues to grow as a global showcase for distance running.
