The 2026 UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit returns to Reno, Nevada, continuing its tradition as one of the premier early-season gatherings for the global pole vault community.
The Summit will take place Friday–Saturday, January 16–17, 2026, with preliminary activities and registration beginning on Thursday, January 15. Competition will be staged at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center, a long-time home of the event, while athlete check-in and Summit functions will also involve the Grand Sierra Resort.
Organized as the UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit, the event is held in conjunction with the Nevada Invitational, hosted by University of Nevada, Reno. This unique structure allows collegiate athletes to compete in an NCAA-sanctioned meet while also benefiting from the Summit’s elite competitions, exhibitions, and educational opportunities.
