The Midwest’s finest distance runners will converge on Stillwater, Oklahoma, this Friday, November 14, 2025, for the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional Championships. Hosted by Oklahoma State University at the acclaimed OSU Cross Country Course, the meet will determine who advances to the NCAA Championships the following week in Columbia, Missouri.

Race Day Schedule:
- 10:30 a.m. CT - Women’s 6K championship race
- 11:30 a.m. Men’s 10K championship race
Course Map:
The men’s 10 km and women’s 6 km races will unfold over the undulating, championship-tested terrain that has hosted numerous Big 12, regional, and national meets in recent years. Known for its wide, flowing layout and demanding hills, the OSU course rewards strength, rhythm, and patience — traits that have defined many national champions.
On the men’s side, Iowa State and Oklahoma State headline the field as perennial powerhouses, both expected to contend for the two automatic NCAA qualifying spots. Tulsa, Minnesota, and Illinois could challenge for at-large points and top-five finishes.
