The Midwest’s finest distance runners will converge on Stillwater, Oklahoma, this Friday, November 14, 2025, for the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional Championships. Hosted by Oklahoma State University at the acclaimed OSU Cross Country Course, the meet will determine who advances to the NCAA Championships the following week in Columbia, Missouri.
The event will be streamed live on ESPN +, with the live coverage beginning at 12:30 AM US Central.

The men’s 10 km and women’s 6 km races will unfold over the undulating, championship-tested terrain that has hosted numerous Big 12, regional, and national meets in recent years.
