The 2025 American Athletic Conference (AAC) Cross Country Championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Frank Liske Park in Concord, North Carolina. The event will be hosted by the Charlotte 49ers, marking the program’s first time hosting since joining the AAC.
HOW TO WATCH - LIVE STREAM
The championships will be broadcast live on ESPN +. The live coverage is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am US Eastern time (GMT -4).
Racing will begin with the men’s 8K at 9:15 a.m. (ET), followed by the women’s 6K at 10:00 a.m. The rolling course at Frank Liske Park provides a balanced mix of open grass sections and shaded forest paths, offering both a technical and spectator-friendly layout for conference athletes.
