The 2025 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships are set for Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley, Alabama. The meet, hosted by the Sun Belt Conference, will bring together the league’s top distance programs for a decisive morning of racing that will determine both team and individual champions ahead of the NCAA regional season.

The championships will be broadcast live on ESPN +. The live coverage is scheduled to begin at 9:00 US Eastern (GMT -4).
Competition will begin with the women’s 5K race at 8:30 a.m. (CT), followed by the men’s 8K at 9:15 a.m. on the flat, fast, and spectator-friendly Graham Creek course — a looped layout known for producing quick times and exciting pack finishes.
