The 2025 Southern Conference (SoCon) Cross Country Championships will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Tryon International Equestrian Center’s White Oak Cross-Country Course in Mill Spring, North Carolina. The women’s 6K race will start at 10:00 a.m., followed by the men’s 8K race at 10:45 a.m., with the awards ceremony to follow.

The event will feature all 10 SoCon member institutions, including Chattanooga, Furman, ETSU, Mercer, Samford, Wofford, Western Carolina, The Citadel, UNCG, and VMI. The championship returns to Tryon for another year, offering athletes a fast, spectator-friendly course through the scenic equestrian grounds.
