The world’s best mountain and trail runners will gather this autumn in the Spanish Pyrenees for the 2025 World Mountain & Trail Running Championships (WMTRC), a four-day festival of endurance and elevation. Scheduled for 25–28 September 2025 in Canfranc-Pirineos (Huesca, Aragón, Spain), the event marks the fourth edition of the unified World Athletics championships that combine mountain running, trail running, and ultra-distance events under one global stage.

• The Uphill is slated to begin 10:00 a.m. CEST on Thursday.
• Short Trail is expected at 08:00 a.m. CEST on Friday.
• Long Trail at 07:00 a.m. CEST on Saturday.
• The Classic (Up & Down) on Sunday is reported at 10:30 a.m. CEST
