On Sunday, October 12, 2025, the City of Light will wear its running shoes for the 47th edition of the Vredestein 20 km de Paris — this year themed “Flowers”, in support of Bleuet de France, a charitable partner of the event. With the title sponsor Vredestein at the forefront, this iconic race has now sold out for individual entries, continuing its tradition of drawing passionate runners from across France and beyond.

HOW TO WATCH

The event will be streamed live for free worldwide on the event organizer's YouTube channel and Facebook social media channel. The live coverage is scheduled to begin at 8:15 am Central European Time (GMT +2).

Start time & Finish

At 09:00, runners will depart from Pont d’Iéna, launching on a scenic tour through western Paris before returning to the magnificent backdrop of the Eiffel Tower for the finish.

Course Highlights

Racers will glide past emblematic Parisian landmarks including the Trocadéro, the Arc de Triomphe, Bois de Boulogne, Maison de la Radio, Pont Royal, Grand Palais, Place de la Concorde, and the Tuileries Gardens, before concluding along the Seine’s riverbanks toward the Eiffel Tower. The course features modest elevation changes and is designed to highlight Paris’s beauty.
