The nation’s best distance runners will converge on New Haven, Connecticut, this Monday, September 1, for the 2025 USATF 20K Road Championships, once again hosted within the Faxon Law New Haven Road Race.

The 8:30 a.m. start from the historic New Haven Green will send more than 5,400 runners through a flat-and-fast 20-kilometer course that winds past Yale University, East Rock Park, and Westville before finishing back at the Green. Alongside the championship race, a half marathon, 5K, and kids’ run will bring community flavor to the city’s signature Labor Day tradition.
