The 29th edition of the Falmouth Track Festival will light up the James T. Kalperis Track in Falmouth, Massachusetts, on Friday, August 15, as some of the world’s best middle-distance runners chase fast times and generous prize money. The action begins at 6:00 PM with opening ceremonies, followed by the Tommy Cochary High School Mile, Elite Wheelchair Mile, and the highlight Elite Mile races, with women competing first in each event.

The event will be broadcast live for free worldwide on YouTube. The live coverage is scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM US Eastern (GMT -4).
The invitational Elite Mile, offering a $25,000 prize purse and bonuses for record-breaking performances, has attracted a deep field. On the men’s side, Sam Prakel, Amon Kemboi, Dylan Jacobs, Luke Houser, Jack Anstey, and Morgan Beadlescomb headline a lineup aiming to challenge Charles Philibert-Thiboutot’s 2021 meet record of 3:52.97. For the women, Olympic steeplechase silver medalist Courtney Frerichs, Olympian Allie Wilson, Angel Piccirillo, Eleanor Fulton, and Annika Reiss will target Dorcas Ewoi’s 2024 record of 4:23.11.
