The 17th edition of the Liese Prokop Memorial will take place on Thursday, 19 June 2025, at the Sportzentrum Niederösterreich in St. Pölten, Austria. As part of the World Athletics Continental Tour – Bronze, the meet is set to draw elite international and Austrian athletes across multiple disciplines, including sprints, hurdles, jumps, and throws.
Named in honor of Austrian Olympic legend and former Minister of the Interior Liese Prokop, the event not only commemorates her legacy but also serves as the second stop in the Austrian Top Meeting series. Around 23 nations across four continents will be represented, with standout names like Lukas Weißhaidinger leading the charge in the discus throw—held just 20 meters from the main grandstand for a more engaging spectator experience.
