Dr. Jeffrey Brown, an endocrinologist who worked as a consultant for the NOP was also banned for conducting experiments on athletes in order to find improve their performance. Pete Julian, who was an assistant coach of Salazar, is continuing to coach several NOP athletes. He denies involvement with Dr. Brown, but clear evidence provided by former athletes coach by Julian proved he was also working together with Dr. Brown.  A documentary made by ARD doping editorial team journalists Hajo Seppelt, Jörg Winterfeldt, Sebastian Münster, Shea Westhoff.  The video is in German with English subtitles. Mcleod who was gaining the gap on Holloway entered Ortega's lane just before the final hurdle. Jamaican pushed hard the Spaniard while both were going over the final barrier. McLeod went down on the track while Ortega who managed to stay on his feet lost a lot of speed while pushing back the Jamaican with his left arm. All this mess definitely cost Ortega a medal as he came in 5th place in 13.30 seconds.
